Andy Lloyd Williams August 9, 2016 at 7:44 am 5 years ago Reply Thanks for your comment Andy… It is quite amazing to see a road undulating off into the far horizon, so straight that even the fluid mirage shows a break in the foliage where the road continues straight thereafter. The challenge is not so much that the road is straight, but that there are so few other reference points – the foliage remains much the same for a couple of days. So we focused on our conversation, and on finding tiny variations to generate interest, such as observing the birds of prey hovering over a potential snack. The variety is there to see, but the challenge is to observe more closely because superficially, there seems to be an unchanging landscape.
